I'm Jorge Munoz, I am deaf, i speak with his mouth and read lips, also I know to talk with the international sign language (SSI), writing this letter to inform all boxers and to all the world that I have approved the medical examination for compete of boxing, but the Spanish Federation of Boxing not want give me the boxing license for to be deaf, two weeks ago I went to Mallorca for make me the examination of medical and the Doctor of boxing approved me the examination that I am adapted for to boxing and of suddenly after of days I went to the Spanish Federation of Boxing for to give him my medical examination of the license and since the secretary of the Spanish Federation of boxing and two executives of the Spanish Federation of boxing does not give me the license and not they want that I boxing for to be deaf. Only have laughed at me and the Secretary me speak very badly the Doctor approved me the examination medical, said me "Dr. knows nothing nothing, she not is doctor" So me said the Secretary. The Spanish Federation of Boxing this disobeying the orders of the minister of culture and sport and the council top of sports. I have letters that are down and I want show you, and four years ago the deputy director of the council top of sports taught a report to my father, the report said that I did the medical examination and put me not adapted to boxing, then it's a lie, I have examination medical in white means that I've never done the medical examination and himself it show it to the Doctor for to show that I do not lie and eventually the Doctor gave me a clean examination medical and so I approved. so the council top of sports falsified my medical examination for prevent me boxing, also the deputy director of the council top of sports call to my house to threaten without doing anything wrong, I tell you that in the Spanish Federation of Boxing and the council top of sports and hate me and are corrupt. I know speak very well and I read lips and I hear the whistle anything more, I himself demonstrated to the Doctor and she saw me and I have reason, but the directives of the Spanish Federation of Boxing laughed of me about the whistle, I told to Secretary "you whistle and I cover my eyes and if I hear me raise my hand" and she laughed of me and after she whistle and turned laugh of me and I said him that "you have whistled loose so for that I not heard, you have that whistle more stronger" and she turned to laugh again and me laid sad. I reply to your letter filed with this department the past
day on December 4, 2003, which calls into question our knowledge the

In this regard I wish to inform you that access to the practice federated
